EMS is a lot in Riyadh but with NEO Fit is different.
Privacy during the session and very professional trainers. They also monitor your diet and provide guidance . I lost weight and gained muscles. Very close to my goal

An excellent place, organized and clean, with everything available. The staff is more than wonderful, they are cooperative and work as one. They are trained at the highest level. I advise you to coach Ziad, he is a good coach.

I don’t know how to tell you how much positive energy and what a very nice feeling it is Words cannot describe what I enjoyed. This is my place I’m tired I turn around like him. النادي مفيد للي له رغبة في تمارين المقاومة وماعنده وقت يصرف ساعات لمدة ٣-٤ أيام في الاسبوع يتمرن. الآن انا في الشهر الثالث او الرابع مع الكابتن حسام وهو ماشاء الله تبارك الله جامع بين الاخلاق وبين الحرص على المتدرب.

تبعاً لخطة التدريب والتغذية والمتابعة التى قدمها المتخصصون بالمركز استفدت كثيراً فى تنفيذ خطة الحمية الخاصة بى دون التأثير على الصحة او اللياقة

. الذى كان مهتم بشكل متميز بالتوجيه والمتابعة

النادي فكرته جديدة وعصرية وتوفير بالوقت.. انصح به واشكر جميع الطاقم بالنادي من حسن الاستقبال والتعريف بالجهاز وبكامل التدريب وبالمتابعة وحجز الوقت المناسب واخص بالشكر للمدرب حسام الزهراني من إعطاء النصائح والتشجيع وبث الحماس وقت التدريب.. لانه شئ جديد وغير اعتيادية والاجهزه آمنة بإذن الله ومع الوقت يزول التخوف

النادي جميل ومرتب ونظيف خاصه وقت الصباح يكون رااايق..
و اجمل ما في النادي كوتش شهد کوتش متمکنه فاهمه شغلها ومخلصه في ادائها تعطي من قلب وروحها جميله تعطي المكان طاقه ايجابيه

لو فيه اكثر من خمس نجمات حطيت مكان جميل ونظيف يهتمون بالتفاصيل كانت تجربتي رائعه مع الكوتش شهد نفسيتها حلوه ومتعاونه

نادي جميل جدا مرتبين ويهتمون بالمشترك يعطونك جدول غذائي مع الاشتراك ومع القياسات .. التقنية عندهم جدا فعاله مقارنه بنوادي اخرى تقدم نفس التقنيه .. اطلع من الجلسه احس كل عضلاتي تمرنت واحس بفرق في جسمي اسبوع ورا اسبوع .. اشكر المدربه شهد هي حمستني اشترك معاهم في الجلسه التجربية كانت جلسه كامله وشرحت لي كيف تشتغل البدله .. واشكر فرح كثيير متعاونه معي في حجز الجلسات .. وان شاء الله اذا خلص البكج برجع اشترك معاهم بكج ثاني ♥️♥️
